Yello co-writes Carbs & Cals – a bestselling instant hit that helps people manage diabetes – and sets up a publishing company that leads to 12 books in total, with over 1 million copies sold as well as an award-winning app.

Zoë & Yello meet at a party in London, becoming close friends, even listing each other as ‘siblings’ on Facebook.

Zoë & Yello live in a former dog-biscuit factory in East London, run an Airbnb, and Yello discovers his passion for the ukulele, co-founding Ukulology.

They attend a transformational ayahuasca retreat in Peru, which inspires lifestyle changes including an alcohol-free and meat-free diet.
Magical
Moments
Zoë & Yello produce Magical, a weekend camping festival for 1,000 people – combining workshops, talks, personal discovery, and one heck of a party. They also almost buy a water tower in St Albans for co-living, a dream that would later inspire Froomies.

Together
After an electric hug, Zoë & Yello’s decade-long friendship turns romantic, and they embark on a four-year off-grid boating adventure on the UK’s beautiful waterways.

They head to Selgars in Devon for their first winter pop-up co-living season, learning from the founders’ co-living experience.

Inspiration
Zoë & Yello discover the Blue Zones documentary, which inspires the design of Froomies and its emphasis on health and happiness.
