Sandra (aka Sage) is the founder of SAY HI Club, an offline community for solo millennials. With years of experience running events, workshops and retreats, she knows what it takes to make a room work. At UNBLOCK, she designs and leads the daily workshops.
Marie-Kristin Hofmann
Author · Coach · Mindfulness Teacher
Marie’s coming-of-age novel was published in 2026. As a coach, she has developed the Heart Answers® method, helping 1000+ people reignite their creativity. At UNBLOCK she co-facilitates the workshops and brings her approach to getting people out of their own way.
Sage and Marie met at Froomies Co-Living and hit it off straight away. Both shared a love for writing and had unfinished projects they were stuck on. Understanding the power of community and parallel play, they found others in the same position: people with ideas and empty pages. They founded the Froomies Writers Club. Watching the group unblock each other week after week, the idea to bring that to more people became impossible to ignore. That’s where UNBLOCK was born.
Both are Berlin-based with a deep connection to England. The retreat runs in English, but German-language work is welcome.
